Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily group therapy sessions for PHP clients.

• Conduct individual therapeutic meetings and develop treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records.

• Collaborate with families, agencies, and other service providers.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related discipline; OR

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related discipline preferably with two years relevant experience.

• Experience working in a clinical setting with chronic mental health populations preferred.

• Salary: $20.73/hr

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• No weekends required.
