Key Responsibilities

Participates as a collaborative team member for the Development of an Individualized Family Service Plan.

Follows Provision of Occupational therapy Services as outlined in the IFSP.

Follows Provision of direct services to families in accordance with ECI of LifePath Systems productivity standards.

Requirements

Minimum: Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree, Licensed by the Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners, current OTR status.

Must complete required hours for continuing professional education and ethics as discipline applicable.

After employment, must complete required ECI State Trainings and LPS required trainings.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
