Key Responsibilities
The Medical Strategy Lead will drive the growth of the Cell and Gene Therapy portfolio by providing scientific and clinical expertise to develop innovative, patient-centered trial solutions. They are responsible for leading business development activities, guiding sponsors, and ensuring the scientific and regulatory soundness of clinical development plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree with at least 5 years of clinical research experience, specifically in gene therapy or gene editing. A strong background in clinical trial operations, regulatory guidelines, and the ability to provide expert consultation to internal and external stakeholders is required.
