Key Responsibilities

• provide education related to the CTH set curriculum.

• provide Caregiving Affidavit and reviews Affidavit and all pertinent information.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Mental Health or related field

• Case Management experience

• Applicants with experience in a correctional health care setting will be given preference.

• Familiarity with medical/MH terminology/diagnosis should be required

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $31/hr.
