About the Role

Join NextCare as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Urgent Care, Float in Phoenix, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting
  • Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
  • Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable)

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP | PA
  • Board certification or eligibility, as applicable
  • PA: NCCPA certification
  • NP: ANCC or AANP certification (FNP required)

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $60--$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
