Live and work surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, incredible hiking and outdoor recreation, and one of the most vibrant communities in Western North Carolina.
Carolina Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist who wants to grow - not just their caseload, but their skills, career, and impact.
Why Carolina Pediatric Therapy?
We provide integrated care for children from birth through age 21, with a team that believes collaboration makes all of us better clinicians.

Here, You’ll Have
- Protected time built into your workday for planning, documentation, and collaboration
- Dedicated professional development and embedded mentorship to help you grow as a clinician
- True interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, PTs, SLPs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health
Smarter documentation and sustainable productivity, with customizable templates, AI-assisted tools, and reasonable expectations focused on quality care
Variety in how and where you practice, including clinics, schools, daycares, homes, community settings, and telehealth
A clear path for career growth, with opportunities to deepen your clinical expertise, pursue leadership, and help shape a growing pediatric program
Your Home Clinic: A Place to Belong
Every clinician is centered at a designated Home Clinic, giving you a consistent professional home base even when your work takes you into the community.
You’ll have designated space for your therapy materials and professional resources, along with space to display your credentials and accomplishments.
It’s a place to belong, collaborate, stay organized, and make your own.
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.
Through engaging, evidence-based interventions, you’ll help children participate more fully in everyday life - from play and learning to self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.
You’ll do it as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.
