Key Responsibilities

The BCBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized intervention plans to support meaningful behavior change across various settings. They also supervise clinical staff and provide ongoing consultation and training to parents and school personnel.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related field and possess active BCBA certification or LBS licensure. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a strong understanding of ABA principles are required.
