Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, conducting chart audits, facilitating training, and participating in crisis intervention.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral or related field and possess at least two years of clinical experience. A minimum of one year of full-time supervisory experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health is required, along with a valid clinical license such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
