This role involves providing comprehensive care for outpatient oncology patients, focusing on complex therapies like BMT, CAR-T, and TIL, while ensuring the accuracy and safety of chemotherapy orders through meticulous review and verification. Responsibilities also include monitoring therapeutic drugs, providing patient education, and contributing to the development of oncology guidelines and SOPs.
Candidates must possess a Pharm.D. or equivalent degree and have completed a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent experience, along with current California pharmacist licensure and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include clinical oncology/infusion pharmacy experience and Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP).
