Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized recovery service plans, and provide therapeutic counseling for individuals in acute crisis. Coordinate referrals to community resources and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling with an active LSW or LPC license in Ohio. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health and possess a BLS certification.
