About the Role

Join Pinnacle Home Care as a Speech Therapist – PRN, Home Health in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate clients’ speech, language, and hearing abilities, recommending strategies to enhance communication and hearing.

Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) evaluations.

Develop and revise treatment plans in consultation with physicians as necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care plans and provide speech pathology training to team members as needed.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program.

Licensed Speech Therapist in Florida.

Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Speech Therapist.

Current BLS Certification.
