Senior Social Worker Supervisor, LMSW

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Social Worker Supervisor will provide onsite task supervision to the social services team, maintain a caseload of older adult clients, and coordinate or develop regular group workshops for clients addressing shared needs. Responsibilities also include conducting comprehensive client assessments, formulating care plans, providing case assistance, making referrals, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an LMSW with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an LMSW, along with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. SIFI certification or eligibility with a willingness to pursue certification is required, and bilingual proficiency in English/Cantonese or English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
