Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
  • Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status).
  • Pediatrics, sports, or orthopedic clinical experience 4.
  • Background in athletics, coaching, or youth sports 5.
