  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • Current state RN and APN license and CPR certification.

  • Certification in a specialist area preferred; (e. g., Hospice and Palliative Nursing (CHPN) or Geriatrics)
