Key Responsibilities
The Primary Care Physician will provide proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, and chronic condition management. The role involves seeing an average of 15 patients per day while reporting to the Associate Medical Director.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified or eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine. A minimum of two years of experience and a valid, unrestricted Florida medical license are required.
