Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist is responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. They will provide therapy services in-person or via tele-health while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field and possess or be on track for clinical licensure such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Proficiency in clinical documentation, diagnostic assessments, and Electronic Health Record systems is required.
