About the Role
Join Liquid Personnel as a Social Worker – Adult Safeguarding MASH, Hybrid in United States. Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Adult Safeguarding MASH Team at Conwy. What will your responsibilities be?
Key Responsibilities
- Manage safeguarding referrals and make timely decisions within statutory timeframes, ensuring high‑quality casework and robust protection plans.
- Oversee and coordinate the Adult Safeguarding process, working closely with managers, BIAs, and partner agencies to ensure adults at risk are protected and supported.
- Promote best practice through multi‑agency collaboration, providing advice and oversight while supporting citizens, families, and carers to build resilience and remain central to decision‑making.
