Lead Behavioral Health Tech

Join Copa Health as a Lead Behavioral Health Tech in Chandler, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the program manager by informing BHT’s of program updates and expectations.

• Pulls and review billed units report daily to ensure BHT’s are meeting the hourly billing requirements of their role.

• Collaborates with Program Manager to identify BHT’s that are meeting productivity and show appreciation and award incentives when appropriate. Identify BHT’s that need support in meeting productivity and provide an improvement plan.

• Creates a weekly activity schedule for BHT’s to increase member engagement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (related or non-related) in the behavioral health field plus one (1) year of relevant experience in behavioral health.

• Required to maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License and are able to pass a motor vehicle screen for insurance purposes in order to transport clients.

• Experience in working with multi-cultural and low socio-economic individuals.

• Must be 21-years old.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $20.61/hr.

• 15 days PTO.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
