The Staff Pharmacist will perform remote order entry, verification, and medication reconciliation while providing clinical support to care teams across multiple hospitals. They are responsible for ensuring medication appropriateness, documenting clinical interventions, and maintaining compliance with pharmacy laws and HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and an active, in-good-standing pharmacist license in IL or CA. At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience is strongly preferred, along with the ability to work overnight and weekend shifts.
