The Staff Pharmacist Consult Manager oversees daily pharmacy operations, including managing staff performance, productivity, and workflow. They also collaborate with the Senior Pharmacy Manager to develop policies, implement process improvements, and ensure service standards are met.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh, or Pharm D, with current licensure in the state of employment. The role requires at least 3 years of pharmacy experience and 1 year of leadership experience, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
