Job Description
- Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
- Location: Olean, NY
- Schedule: PRN – 1–9 hours per week and/or as needed
- Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Olean, NY!
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.
- Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
- SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
