Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients to assess functional impairments and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence. They will deliver care within assisted living facilities and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active or pending state license. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with the senior population are required.
