Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and care planning.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.

Current, unencumbered, active occupational therapy license in the state of PACE Organization.

Two (2) years of appropriate experience as an occupational therapist preferred.

One (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population; appropriate clinical placement experience may be substituted.
