Key Responsibilities

The Manager of Behavioral Health Services oversees the intake, care coordination, and clinical management of substance use and mental health program participants. They also provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff counselors while ensuring compliance with electronic health record systems.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy and possess a valid California state license (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW). At least two years of counseling experience is required, along with proficiency in DSM-V diagnostics and electronic medical record systems.
