Join Southwest Behavioral & Health Services as a Lead Social Worker – M-F Schedule, $60K in United States. Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Lead Social Worker to join our Community Resilience Center! Our Lead Social Worker goal is to assists’ persons to be participants in their chosen communities in the fullest manner possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Individual counseling
- Group counseling
- Completing intakes for new member enrollment
- Complete intakes for new CRC members & annual updates for existing CRC members
Requirements
- Minimum requirement consists of a 21
- Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Licensed at the Associate or Independent level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral health Examiners
- Required to maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license and pass motor vehicle screening for insurance purposes in order to transport clients, based upon need/requirements of the clinic and/or program.

- Salary: $60K
- 15 days PTO.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- No weekends required.
- Day shift only - no nights.
