Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Comprehensive Primary Care – Provide full-spectrum outpatient care to patients of all ages, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in alignment with evidence-based guidelines.

• Perform In-Office Procedures – Conduct procedures within the scope of primary care such as joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, laceration repair, incision and drainage, and women’s health services (e. g., Pap smears).

• Promote Patient-Centered Health – Educate, support, and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modification to empower informed decision-making.

• Build Long-Term Relationships – Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients through consistent communication, personalized care, and extended appointment times.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $240K - $260K
