The Occupational Therapist assesses patients, interprets evaluations, and develops treatment plans in consultation with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to help patients regain functioning or adjust to disabilities. Responsibilities also include issuing adaptive equipment, evaluating progress, completing discharge planning, and maintaining professional knowledge through ongoing development.
Candidates must possess an active Colorado Occupational Therapy License or a valid compact license, along with current BLS certification (or obtain it within 90 days). New graduates are welcome to apply, and minimum requirements include being at least 16 years old, legally able to work in the US, and passing background, drug, and alcohol screenings.
