About the Role

Join University of Virginia as a Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA/APP) Family Medicine, Zion Crossroads in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis and the development and implementation of patient-specific treatment plans.
  • will guide patients and families regarding treatments.
  • will work 8 4-hour templated sessions weekly, with an allotment of 8 hours each week for non-patient facing activities (note-writing, pre-charting, follow up communication, in-basket work, etc.
  • Coordinate patient flow, specialty consultations, and transfers with the care team.

Requirements
