About the Role

Join York Hills Centre for Children Youth and Families as a Child and Family Therapist – Live-in Treatment in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in promoting and supporting the Mission, Vision, and Values statements, ensuring adherence to operational and service policies and procedures while maintaining ethical conduct.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of ethical behaviour and professional conduct, including contributing to ensuring ethical standards are upheld and participation in quality improvement standards.

Actively develops positive rapport with the Live

in Treatment team and clients in the program to create psychological safety and trust, to foster a milieu therapeutic environment, through relationship

Requirements

Actively manages full case load of files for clients using agency

endorsed therapy models, such as Attachment Theory, Neurobiology, Trauma, Child Development and Family Systems Theory, including family therapy and milieu therapy.

Ensures the use of evidence

based and evidence

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
