What You'll Do

Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that promote functional independence and improved quality of life

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes

• Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy students
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
