Job Description
INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system has a great opportunity for an Outpatient PRN PT in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the ethical, cost effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with an established physical plan of care and in compliance with all applicable licensure/certification requirements, profession physical therapy acts, federal, state and agency policies and procedures.
This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the ethical, cost-effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients according to an established plan of care. This includes compliance with all applicable licensure, federal, state, and agency policies and procedures, while adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and possess or be eligible for a current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license. Required certifications include current BLS or CPR upon hire or within 30 days, and effective English communication skills are mandatory.
