About the Role & Key Responsibilities
You will be working in the Department of Oncology Pharmacy to provide clinical pharmacy services in direct patient care setting independently or in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Job Requirement
- Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Working experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Masters in Clinical Pharmacy, PharmD or relevant Board Certification is preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Able to work independently and in a healthcare team.
- Possess clinical skills and knowledge in running ambulatory services will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services in a direct patient care setting. Work independently or collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team within the Department of Oncology Pharmacy.
Requirements
Requires full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and effective communication skills. A Master's in Clinical Pharmacy, PharmD, Board Certification, and hospital experience are preferred.
