Outpatient Therapist - Fee for Service

Schedule: Fee‑for‑service role with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Hours are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 a. m. and 4:00 p. m.

Earn $30/hour

Position Details

The Outpatient Therapist provides individual mental health therapy as the primary function of the role in an outpatient setting, serving primarily adult clients with some children.

This position is responsible for independently managing a caseload while meeting established productivity expectations and handling all aspects of client care, including intake, assessment, treatment planning, ongoing therapy, and treatment reviews.

The therapist is required to complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with all regulatory, organizational, and payer requirements and must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualification:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field with a completed clinical practicum, OR
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field with an active professional license in the respective discipline.
