Job Description

Key Responsibilities
The therapist will provide counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services to adult clients within a multi-disciplinary team. They are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active licensure such as LPC, LMSW, or LICSW and possess a Master's degree in a human services-related field. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and knowledge of the DSM and community agencies are required.
