Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will: Provide high-quality, family-centered inpatient care for healthy newborns in the Mother-Baby Units.

• Educate and counsel families on newborn care, anticipatory guidance, and discharge planning.

• Identify newborns requiring escalation of care and coordinate transfer to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) when indicated.

• Ensure safe transitions of care through timely communication of discharge summaries and other pertinent clinical information to community pediatricians.
