Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat residents for swallowing or cognitive deficits while developing individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for providing education to caregivers and collaborating with other professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology and be in good standing with regulatory agencies. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred, and familiarity with the Net Health Electronic Documentation System is a plus.
