What You’ll Do
- Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
- Collect and analyze data to guide progress
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews
- Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant

To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.
Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will develop and implement individualized treatment plans while working directly with clients and modeling strategies for caregivers. They are also responsible for collecting and analyzing data to guide progress and maintaining ethical, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must be a credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with a strong understanding of ABA principles. Applicants must also pass a New Mexico background check registry screening.
