About the Role

Join Patriot At Home as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Full Time, PT, PRN) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • must be sufficient to perform a physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the patient's condition and to perform patient care On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach, and move patient weight up to 250 pounds; lift, and/or carry up to 30 pounds Must be able to effectively communicate in English Qualifications: Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a Bachelors Degree in the Field of Speech and Hearing Therapy preferred Preferably a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association Licensed or registered in the state of Ohio Must have at least one year of institutional experience Must have a criminal background check Must have current CPR (BLS) certification Patriot Homecare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
  • Provide initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs, including Outcome and Assessme.
