Key Responsibilities
The pharmacist is responsible for clinically verifying medication orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. They also provide oversight to pharmacy technicians and resolve medication-related safety issues to support clinical workflows.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and possess an active, unrestricted pharmacist license. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and experience in high-volume or long-term care pharmacy settings are required.
