Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience to join a supportive school district in Harper Woods, Michigan. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your expertise while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Identify appropriate treatment plans and modify them based on student response and clinical indicators
  • Educate and support students and their families, tailoring therapy strategies to individual needs
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of sessions and student progress

Requirements

  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • ASHA CCC-SLP (often required or preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years
