PRN Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and developing discharge plans for patients within a senior living facility. They also provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure compliance with established plans of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants are required.
