Key Responsibilities
The Program Therapist provides direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, including individual and group therapy. Responsibilities also include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating family sessions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work and possess a valid Texas license such as LPC, LMSW, or LCSW. At least one year of experience in a mental health field is required, with preference given to those experienced in working with children.
