Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Qualifications
Education and Licensure: Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification Active state license required.

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, planning discharge, and making necessary revisions to the established plan of care under physician supervision. This role involves direct patient care services within the senior living environment.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold an active state license. Certification from ASHA (CCC) or actively seeking CCC Certification is required for this position.
