Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes to restore function and prevent disability. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, a valid state license, and BLS certification. Candidates must have 1-2 years of OT experience, including 12 months of recent home health experience and proficiency in HCHB charting.
