The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide: Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.

Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.

Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues. Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.

Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.

Compensation

$51,993 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with care teams as needed Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level) Qualifications

Qualifications Licensure: Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e. g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling). Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
