Enhanced knowledge, currency and experience of applying relevant legal, policy frameworks and practice guidance which inform and mandate the Best Interests Assessor role.

Enhanced knowledge of Best Interests Assessor practice, completing assessments where there are complex issues or individual rights and public interest /statutory duties are in conflict.
