About the Role

Join Cherokee Health Systems as a Pharmacist – No Weekends, M-F in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• will be a pharmacy within a clinic, this involves building relationships with both patients and clinic personnel, including medical providers and nursing staff.

• provide integrated primary medical, behavioral, dental, optometry, and clinical pharmacy services through ou.

• provide MTM services, is required.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the State of Tennessee at the time of hiring.

• Experience with the federal 340B program is preferred but not required.

• MTM experience, or the ability to quickly learn how to provide MTM services, is required.
