Pharmacist (Mail Order)

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Fulfillment Pharmacist is responsible for verifying the work of pharmacy technicians and ensuring the accuracy of all orders fulfilled by the Vetsource Home Delivery Pharmacy through system verification. This includes overseeing dispensing activities as required by law and assisting the first verification team with tasks like basic electronic prescription verification.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess a current, valid pharmacist license for the state of operation and a B.S. or PharmD in Pharmacy, along with at least one year of experience as a licensed pharmacist. Essential qualifications include thorough knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, strong dispensing accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
