Position Overview

Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is currently seeking full-time (1.0 FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician(s) to join our Federal Way Medical Center clinic team in Federal Way, Washington.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
• Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics

New Incentives

• Primary Care Bonus: $100,000
• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive $40,000

Qualifications

• Medical Degree MD/DO Required
• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
