Job Description

Examines and treats patients independently and in autonomous collaboration with other health care professionals. Ensures proper illness and injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Master's degree in area of specialty, certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), and state authority for advanced practice. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

The Nurse Practitioner will independently examine and treat patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. They are responsible for diagnosing illnesses, preventing disease, and overseeing patient recovery plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant specialty and be a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP). State authority for advanced practice is also required for this role.
